STEVE KING President and Chief Executive Officer, Director Steve brings
over 20 years of experience in information technology and financial
services industries to ZANTAZ. With strong leadership roles in sales,
marketing, and executive management, Steve’s cross-functional business
approach is key to successfully driving the strategic direction of
ZANTAZ and building a customer-driven company. Under Steve’s executive
leadership, ZANTAZ has quickly become the industry leader in compliance
technology and electronic discovery solutions. Steve’s focus on
assembling a world-class team, delivering customer-driven technology
solutions and ensuring operational excellence has proven to be
instrumental in ZANTAZ achieving market leadership. Since Steve joined
the company, ZANTAZ has grown sales on average 250 percent year over
year. Prior to joining ZANTAZ, Steve held several key management roles
at E*TRADE and E*OFFERING, the online investment bank of E*TRADE. At
E*OFFERING, Steve served as President and CEO. Steve also served as
General Manager of E*TRADE’s Business Solutions Group. In this role,
Steve built the division through a series of acquisitions as a part of
E*TRADE’s strategy to aggressively diversify into new markets. During
his tenure at E*TRADE, Steve became a registered securities principal
and became intimately familiar with the compliance issues facing the
financial services industry. Previously, Steve held senior management
positions at leading online technology companies, including the Thomson
Corporation and Ziff-Davis.
