Steve Hutchinson

STEVE HUTCHINSON is the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of
GenPhar, Inc. Earlier in his career, he has been a Managing
Partner of the Private Equity Group at Weiss Peck & Greer; a Vice
President and Director of The Hillman Company, a private
investment company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and an investment
banker at White Weld & Co. He is a graduate of Vassar College and
the Harvard Business School.
