Stephen Wills

STEPHEN WILLS joined Palatin Technologies, Inc., as Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer in November 1997. He brings a depth of financial
experience in public accounting and health care to the company. From
1991 to August 2000, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of
Golomb, Wills and Company, PC, a public accounting firm. During this
time, from July 1997, he was also a Vice President and the Chief
Financial Officer of Derma Sciences, Inc., a publicly held company that
provides wound and skin care products, and currently serves as a
Director of Derma Sciences. Mr. Wills, a Certified Public Accountant,
earned his BS in Accounting from West Chester University and an MS in
Taxation from Temple University.
