Stephen Walsh

STEPHEN WALSH is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at
CarrAmerica realty Corporation, primarily responsible for
Investor Relations and all public debt and equity programs. Prior
to joining CarrAmerica, he was Vice President, Investor Relations
for the Mills Corporation. Prior to Mills Corporation, he was
Vice President in the Structured Debt Group at Bank of America.
In addition, he spent eight years at Chase Manhattan Bank in
various functional areas.
