Stephen W. Webster

STEPHEN W. WEBSTER is President, Chief Operating Officer and a
Director of Neuronyx, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Webster was a
Director in the Investment Banking Division of PaineWebber
Incorporated where he was involved in over 75 public and private
offerings and merger and acquisition transactions for life
sciences companies. Mr. Webster holds an AB in Economics from
Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School
at the University of Pennsylvania.
