Stephen Sharp

STEPHEN SHARP is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Frictionless Commerce Inc. Mr. Sharp has more than 20 years of
enterprise software, solutions selling, and general technology
management expertise. He comes to Frictionless from Context
Integration, where he served as Chief Executive Officer, and has
held executive management positions at leading companies,
including Siebel Systems and Sybase. Mr. Sharp holds a BA
(honors) in Mathematics and Economics from the University of
Kent, England, and an MSc in Operations Research from the
University of Sussex, England.
