STEPHEN M. RACE is a Senior Executive with over 20 years of worldwide
experience and P&L responsibility in a diverse cross-section of consumer
product and service industries. He has made significant bottom-line
contribution in companies ranging from multi-billion dollar corporations
to start-ups. Career Highlights: President of a division of Sony,
responsible for the introduction of one of the most successful video
game systems of all time. As Executive Vice President and one of the
founders of Worlds of Wonder, introduced two of the fastest growing toys
in the history of the industry. The company grew from a start-up losing
money to over $300 million in revenue and over $19 million in profit in
two years. As CEO and Chairman of Homestar International, raised in
excess of $10 million in venture capital and established lines of credit
with financial institutions. Introduced over a dozen new products and
secured distribution in department stores, specialty stores and
warehouse clubs. As General Manager of Reebok’s billion dollar U.S.
Athletic footwear division, introduced the PUMP and developed the #1 ad
of 1990: "Bungie Jump." As Consultant to Sega of America, directed all
marketing, advertising and public relations efforts. Unseated Nintendo
as the share leader in video games. Assisted the company in developing
hardware and software for emerging multi-media industry. Experience:
