Stephen L. Davis

STEPHEN L. DAVIS President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of
Diversified brings over 15 years experience in the development of new
products and services in a variety of industries, during which time he
also served as an officer and director of several public companies. He
is instrumental in the areas of corporate strategy, financing, new
product ideas, and public relations. Mr. Davis heads up product and
market development, and will play a key role in the sales of all
products, focusing his efforts on creating relationships with inventors
and strategic partners, and on contract negotiations.
