Stephen J. Tober

STEPHEN J. TOBER is President and Chief Operating Officer of Leapnet,
Inc. Mr. Tober has served as Leapnet’s President and Chief Operating
Officer since the consummation of the merger between Leapnet, Inc. and
SPR Inc. on May 1, 2000. Prior to the merger, Mr. Tober had served as
SPR’s Chief Operating Officer since June 1998, and as Executive Vice
President of Finance and Business Development since June 1997. From 1995
to 1997, Mr. Tober worked in the Investment Banking Division of Salomon
Smith Barney, Inc., where he helped start the Investment Banking Group
in the Midwest region. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Tober served in the
Corporate Finance Group of the law firm of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Tober
received a JD degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in
1991 and a BA degree from Amherst College in 1987.
