Stephen C. Williamson

STEPHEN C. WILLIAMSON became Chairman and CEO in December of 1998. In
May of 1996 he served as Chief Executive Officer of Odwalla after a
successful partnership as Co-Chair, Co-CEO with Odwalla’s founder, Greg
Steltenpohl. Mr. Williamson joined Odwalla in 1991 serving as Chief
Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. From
1992-1995, he served as the company’s president. Before joining Odwalla,
Mr. Williamson was a general partner with Ellistan partners, a private
investment firm. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst and an associate
at First Boston Corp. Mr. Williamson holds a BA in history from the
University of California at Berkeley. He is also a director of Avenal
Land & Oil Company, a private investment company.
