Stephen A. Sasser

STEPHEN A. SASSER serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of
Frontstep, Inc., a leading provider of business software and services
for growing, midsize manufacturers, distributors and divisions of
Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Sasser is also a member of the Frontstep
Board of Directors. Since joining the company in July 1995, Mr. Sasser
has strengthened the company and transformed it into a recognized leader
within its markets. Under his direction, the company has more than
tripled its annual revenues. Mr. Sasser’s experience includes some 25
years in management positions with four global software companies.
Before joining Frontstep, he served as Vice President of International
Operations for Trilogy Software, a provider of enterprise customer
relationship management software. In addition, Mr. Sasser has held
various executive management positions at Legent Corporation, Goal
Systems International and UCCEL Corporation. Mr. Sasser is a Director of
Aelita Software and Viaserv Corporation. He holds Bachelor of Science
and Master’s in Business Administration degrees from Southern Methodist
University.
