Stefan Riesenfeld

STEFAN RIESENFELD has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer since June 2000. Before joining Asia Global Crossing, Mr.
Riesenfeld was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Teledyne Technologies, a leading provider of sophisticated electronics
and communication products, systems engineering solutions and aerospace
engines and components. Mr. Riesenfeld was responsible for all internal
and external financial activities including budgeting, control,
treasury, corporate and project funding, investment and commercial bank
relations, tax and audit. Prior to Teledyne, Mr. Riesenfeld was Director
of Finance and Business Planning (Chief Financial Officer) at ICL PLC, a
global information systems and services company. He also served as Vice
President and Corporate Treasurer, and Vice President of Corporate
Development at Unisys Corporation. Mr. Riesenfeld received an MBA with
honors from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MA in
Economics from Stanford University. He graduated from the California
Institute of Technology with a BS in Physics.
