Stefan Meister

STEFAN MEISTER has been the Chief Financial Officer of GEHE AG, in
Stuttgart, since January 1999. Mr Meister graduated with a degree in
Economics from Basel University in Switzerland. From 1995 to 1998, Mr
Meister was the Chief Financial Officer of AAH Plc in the UK, where his
main responsibilities were the integration of AAH, the acquisition of
Lloyds and the Merger of AAH and Lloyds. Mr Meister is married with two
children.
