Shiv Tasker

SHIV TASKER is President and Chief Executive Officer of Phase Forward
Incorporated. Mr. Tasker brings to Phase Forward more than 17 years of
experience in developing, marketing and supporting technology-based
service solutions to highly demanding customers in a variety of
industries in both regulated and unregulated environments. Most
recently, Mr. Tasker was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales,
Corporate Marketing and Consulting Services at Viewlogic Systems Inc., a
provider of computer-aided design tools for electronics design. Prior to
this, he was at Cadence Design Systems where he held positions of
increasing responsibility in marketing and executive management. Mr.
Tasker holds a BS in Statistics from the University of Bombay and an MBA
from the University of Texas at Arlington.
