Shaun Passley

Shaun Passley has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial
Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Epazz, Inc., since the
company’s inception in March, 2000. Mr. Passley obtained his bachelor’s degree
in finance from DePaul University in 2000, his master’s degree in information
technology from DePaul University in 2006 and his MBA from Benedictine
University in 2007.
