Shalom Romm

SHALOM ROMM, the Chairman and CEO of Ofek Capital Corp. since its
inception in 1999, is a 26-year veteran in business. Since immigrating
to Canada in 1979, Mr. Romm has held numerous management and equity
positions in small to medium size enterprises, encompassing fields of
operation including: investments, real estate, construction,
international trading, manufacturing, distribution and the production of
consumer and trade exhibitions. These various enterprises led Mr. Romm
to obtain experience through dealings within Canada, the United States,
the Far East, South America and the Middle East.
