Seda Taysi

SEDA TAYSI is President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board Planitax, Inc.
Ms. Taysi has more than 20 years of experience in the field of corporate
taxation, including working with the research tax credit since its
inception in the early 1980’s. Ms. Taysi founded Planitax to help
corporate customers automate and streamline the full lifecycle of tax
strategy, analysis and compliance.Ms. Taysi has managed corporate tax
compliance and audit functions for large corporations such as McGraw
Hill (NYSE:MHP) and ASK Computer Systems (NASDAQ:ASK). She began her tax
career at Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE:AMD) and Coherent (NASDAQ:COHR).
Ms. Taysi is also an accomplished entrepreneur. Prior to founding
Planitax, she founded a tax consulting firm that supported many of
Silicon Valley’s largest corporations, including Sun Microsystems,
Acuson, SGI, Komag, C-Cube Microsystems, Xilinx, PeopleSoft, Guidant,
and Read-Rite. It is during this time that she experienced first-hand
the challenges of gathering and analyzing data for the research tax
credit, which provided the inspiration to create Planitax. Ms. Taysi
holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Santa Clara
