Scott R. Meyerhoff

SCOTT R. MEYERHOFF has served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
of The InterCept Group, Inc., since January 1998 and as Vice President
of Finance since March 1999 and Senior Vice President of Finance since
March 2001. For the seven years prior to joining InterCept, Mr.
Meyerhoff was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP, most recently as an Audit
Manager. Mr. Meyerhoff received his BS degree, with honors, in
Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member
of the university’s Scholar Program. He is a Certified Public
Accountant.
