Scott E. Bond

SCOTT E. BOND is the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of Exco Technologies Limited. Prior to joining Exco in
1994, Mr. Bond held several senior financial positions with Magna
International Inc. Mr. Bond is a Chartered Accountant (Ernst &
Young) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of
Toronto.
