Scott A. Seasock

SCOTT A. SEASOCK is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Comm Bancorp, Inc., and Community Bank and Trust Company. Comm
Bancorp, Inc., a NASDAQ National Stock Market company, is the holding
company of Community Bank and Trust Company. The bank serves five
counties through 17 community banking offices and has $500 million in
assets. Prior to joining Community Bank and Trust Company in 1987, Mr.
Seasock was an Assistant Vice President with First Eastern Bank, NA,
Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Mr. Seasock has a BS in Finance from
Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from the University of Scranton
and he attended The BAI School of Banking, University of Wisconsin.
