Sarah Faux

SARAH FAUX is a Senior Vice President with eLoyalty. Ms. Faux has been
with eLoyalty for four years and is currently managing eLoyalty
Ventures, a new venture capital fund backed by eLoyalty Corporation and
three co-investors to identify and invest in the next generation of
electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) companies. Prior to
the fund, she was responsible for managing the eLoyalty spin-off from
Technology Solutions Company (TSC). Ms. Faux joined eLoyalty from a
background in Management Science and Operational Research. She has
worked for an international provider of Customer Contact software, and
has spoken at many European conferences about the issues surrounding the
successful deployment of Customer Relationship Strategies. Over the past
four years, Ms. Faux has worked with experts in technology, business
strategy, training, psychology, and finance to further develop the
ability of large organizations to effectively manage customer
communication.
