Russell Gullotti

RUSSELL GULLOTTI joined National Computer Systems, Inc. as President and
Chief Executive Officer in October 1994. He was named Chairman of the
Board in May 1995. Mr. Gullotti brings extensive executive experience in
global information systems to NCS. Before joining NCS, Mr. Gullotti
served as President, Americas Area for Digital Equipment Corporation. In
this role, he was responsible for all of Digital’s sales, service and
support activities for the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Previous to his senior sales management positions, Mr. Gullotti served
as Vice President of Digital’s 40,000-person global service
organization. Mr. Gullotti serves on the Board of Directors of MTS
Corporation and GenRad Corporation. He also is a Board Member of the
Minnesota Business Partnership and is the Chairman of the Board of
Advisors of the Strategic Management Research Center at the University
of Minnesota. NCS is a global information services company providing
