Russ Singleton is a Chartered Engineer and has a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University, became Group Chief Executive on 26 March 2002. Prior to this he had been Managing Director of Quadnetics Security Division comprising Quadrant Video Systems plc, which he joined in 1984, and Synectic Systems Limited.
