Rudolf Winning

Rudolf Winning, 41, has been working as chief financial officer of Zapf Creation AG since April of 1999 and is responsible for finances, controlling and administration. His various tasks include budgeting, treasury and audits. Before joining Zapf Creation in 1995, Winning, who holds a degree in business administration, was head of the accounting department at Avon Cosmetics GmbH in Neufahrn near Munich from 1993 to 1994. Before that, he worked as a project manager in charge of new markets in Eastern Europe for Avon, where he had begun his career as a marketing controller in 1988. In 1997, Rudolf Winning was appointed to the management of Zapf Creation AG.
