Ross Orr

ROSS ORR is President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of
BacTech Mining Corporation. Mr. Orr founded CEF in 1992 principally to
finance resource-based companies searching for startup or development
capital. In 1999 he and his partners founded CC Capital Partners Inc., a
merchant banking company. Currently, Mr. Orr sits on the Board of
Caldera Resources Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from the
University of Calgary.
