Ross H. Mandell

ROSS H. MANDELL is the architect, Founder and Chief Executive
Officer of Sky Capital Holdings Ltd. He has been a stockbroker
since 1983. After being employed at a number of stock brokerage
firms, including E.F. Hutton and Oppenheimer & Co., he struck out
on his own in 1995 and founded and was the majority owner of Roan
Capital Partners, a New York-based broker-dealer and investment
banking firm. After selling Roan Capital in April 1997, Mr.
Mandell joined The Thornwater Company, LP, as Senior Vice
President. He has a BA from the University of Maryland.
