Ronnie Jaegermann

RONNIE JAEGERMANN has been President and Director of Pro-Laser Ltd since
September 1995. Mr Jaegermann also serves as Managing Director and
President of some of Pro-Laser Ltd’s subsidiaries. Mr Jaegermann has
served as a Director of Unitronics Ltd, an Israeli public company traded
on the Euro NM since July 1999. From 1991 to 1995, Mr Jaegermann served
as President of Infograph Ltd, an Israeli corporation engaged in the
manufacture, import and distribution of forms, computer stationary and
accessories. Mr Jaegermann received his BA in Economics and Political
Science from the Tel Aviv University in Israel in 1986.
