Ronald N. Tutor

RONALD N. TUTOR is the President and sole shareholder of Tutor-Saliba
Corporation, one of the largest General Contractors in the United States
with additional construction operations in the North Pacific Islands and
Southeast Asia. In addition, Mr. Tutor is the Chairman of the Board of
Directors and CEO of the Perini Corporation, a publicly-traded
construction company based in Framingham, MA. Mr. Tutor received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern
California. He is a Trustee, University of Southern California (USC);
Chairman of the Board and Director, Perini Corporation; Co-Chairman,
Carpenters Pension Trust of Southern California and Chairman of Advisory
Council, University of Southern California (USC), College of
Engineering. The company and Mr. Tutor have received numerous awards.
