Ronald Lightstone

RONALD LIGHTSTONE, President and Chief Executive Officer of NewStar
Media Inc. was Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of
Directors of Spelling Entertainment Group, Inc. from December, 1990 to
October, 1993. From September, 1982 to September, 1987 he was Senior
Vice President of Viacom International, Inc. (‘Viacom’), and from
December, 1980 until September, 1982 he was Senior Vice President,
Business Affairs of the Viacom Entertainment Group. Prior to that he
was Vice President and General Counsel of Viacom from November, 1975
until December, 1980. Mr. Lightstone served as Chairman of Multimedia
Labs, Inc., a manufacturer of multimedia equipment, from February, 1994
to March, 1997, and from March, 1992 to April , 1994 he was a member of
the Board of Directors of Starsight Entertainment, a provider
of an electronic on-screen television guide. He is a Graduate of
Columbia University and New York University School of Law.
