Ronald J. Goguen

RONALD J. GOGUEN is President and CEO and a director of Major Drilling
Group International Inc. He is also a member of the board of directors
of Roycefield Resources Ltd., a junior mining company, and a member of
the board of Northeast Bancorp. Mr. Goguen was the recipient of the 1995
Atlantic Canada Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
