Ronald C. Sacks

RONALD C. SACKS is Chief Executive Officer of ION Networks, Inc. He
brings over 20 years of diverse executive and operational management,
new business start-up, and strategy development experience to ION
Networks. Mr. Sacks played a leading role in the start-up of AT&T’s
Network Management Services Division in 1989, and guided it through its
initial five years. During his 14-year tenure with AT&T, Mr. Sacks also
directed national sales and engineering teams that addressed the wide-
range of network service and product needs of global enterprises.
Additionally, he held a number of key positions in general management,
sales, marketing, operations, and product development and management. In
1994, Mr. Sacks founded Venture Consulting Group, a consultancy serving
corporate ventures and new business start-ups. In his capacity as
Managing Partner of Venture Consulting Group, Mr. Sacks has worked with
leading telecommunications and networking companies to develop and
launch several network management oriented new ventures.
