Ron D. Kessinger

RON D. KESSINGER is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Triad Guaranty Inc., a holding company for Triad Guaranty Insurance
Corporation. He joined Triad in 1990. Since that time, he has held
senior management positions in operations, information systems
development, and product development. In 1999, he assumed
responsibilities as Triad’s CFO. Prior to joining Triad, Mr. Kessinger
worked with Integon Mortgage Insurance Corporation. He is a graduate of
Kent State University.
