ROGER PHILLIPS joined Granville Baird in March 1998 as an analyst
specialising in the UK software & services industry. Prior to joining
Granville Baird he worked as a management consultant at Deloitte &
Touche in the London banking team. He has authored Granville Baird
publications such as Megabuyte as well as other specialist IT
publications. He currently focuses on CRM, knowledge management, EAI
middleware and digital consultancies, and was ranked third in overall
software and services by the Reuters 2000 smaller companies survey.
