Roger L. Butterwick

ROGER L. BUTTERWICK is President and Director of AutoTradeCenter.com. He
is responsible for leading the strategic direction of our company. Mr.
Butterwick served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer prior to
becoming President. Prior to joining AutoTradeCenter.com in 1998, Mr.
Butterwick headed Cambridge Management Associates, an organization
offering its services to emerging and developing organizations in
capital structuring, securing financing, and developing and organizing
management teams. Before starting Cambridge Management Associates, Mr.
Butterwick served as Vice President of The Chotin Group Corporation, a
multibillion-dollar capital management group. Previously, Mr. Butterwick
was founder and owner of Lehman, Butterwick & Company, P.C., a Certified
Public Accounting firm located in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Butterwick
received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the
University of Denver in 1968. He obtained his CPA certificate from
Colorado. He has been a member of the American Institute of CPA’s since
1970.
