Roger G. Pollazzi

ROGER G. POLLAZZI joined Harvard Industries in November 1997 as Chief
Operating Officer after serving as the automotive industry expert to the
Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the company. Prior to this,
Mr. Pollazzi was Chairman and CEO of The Pullman Company from 1990-1996
where he led a successful turn-around and recapitalization of that
company before its sale. Before Pullman, he was involved in the
acquisition and enhancement of a number of companies that were
eventually taken public. Mr. Pollazzi graduated with a Bachelors of
Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Institute of Technology
in 1964. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Michigan
State University in 1972.
