Roger A. Mandery

ROGER A. MANDERY has been Executive Vice President, Treasurer and
Chief Financial Officer of First Mutual Bancshares, Inc., since
1989. He is responsible for the treasury, cash management,
investment, audit, accounting, financial planning,
asset/liability and investor relations functions. Prior to
joining First Mutual he was Vice President, Director of Finance
and Corporate Planning at Pioneer Bank; Assistant Cashier,
Operations Department Manager with First National Bank of
Enumclaw; Assistant Secretary, Assistant Manager Loan Servicing
Department with Washington Mutual Savings Bank. Mr. Mandery has a
Master’s of Business Administration in Accounting from the
University of Puget Sound and a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Western Washington State College. He is a Certified Public
Accountant. Mr. Mandery is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Washington
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
