Rodney A. Young

RODNEY A. YOUNG is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
LecTec Corporation. His entire career has focused on the global
healthcare industry. Prior to joining LecTec as Chief Executive Officer
and President in August 1996, he was Vice President and General Manager
of the Specialized Distribution Division of Baxter International, Inc.
Mr. Young has also served in a variety of management positions at 3M
Company’s Medical Product Division in Marketing, National Accounts
Management, Corporate Business Management and Sales. He started his
healthcare career with Upjohn Company as a Pharmaceutical Sales
representative. Mr. Young is on the Board of Directors of Possis
Medical, Inc., and Delta Dental of Minnesota, and is also on the
Advisory Board of the University of Minnesota’s Graduate Student Science
Program. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Northeast
Missouri State University and attended Lewis University for graduate
studies in Business.
