ROBIN RAINA joined Ebix, Inc., in October 1997 and was appointed
President effective August 1999 and Chief Executive Officer in September
1999. Prior to joining the company, from 1990 to 1997, Mr. Raina held
senior management positions for Mindware/BPR, an international
technology consulting firm, serving in Asia and North America. Mr. Raina
holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Thapar University in Punjab,
India.
