Robert Zakresky

ROBERT ZAKRESKY has been President, Director and Chief Executive Officer
of Viracocha Energy Inc. since April 2000. He obtained his Bachelor of
Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan in 1988. He obtained his
Chartered Accountant designation with Price Waterhouse in 1990. From May
2000 to present, Mr. Zakresky has held the positions of President and
CEO of the corporation. From June 1993 until May 2000, Mr. Zakresky was
a Director and held the office of President of Bellator Exploration
Inc., a public oil and gas company that traded on The Toronto Stock
Exchange.
