Robert W. Murray

ROBERT W. MURRAY is Vice President, Corporate Communications and
Investor Relations of Magnetek, Inc. Having joined Magnetek in 1987 from
Whittaker Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Corporate
Communications, Mr. Murray was instrumental in leading Magnetek’s
listing on the New York Stock Exchange and initial public offering in
1989. A graduate of the University of Southern California Managerial
Policy Institute, he has since been a guest lecturer at Pepperdine
University’s Center for Management Research and served as Deputy
Director of the California Business Roundtable. He is a recipient of
Financial World magazine’s Bronze Trophy and the International
Association of Business Communicators’ Award of Merit for excellence in
financial reporting.
