ROBERT THOMPSON is Vice President, Corporate Marketing for SAND
Technology Inc. Formerly CEO of QueryObject Systems and a marketing
executive with Cognos, he has over 15 years’ experience in the business
intelligence and enterprise software industry. A graduate of Ryerson
University in Toronto, he strongly believes in the need to shift the
focus of the software market from transaction processing to information
processing.
