Robert Savette

ROBERT SAVETTE, President & Chief Executive Officer, brings nearly 20
years of business experience to Sequel Technology Corporation, with a
track record in enterprise software, and with exceptional business
development and management skills. Throughout his career, Mr. Savette
worked with a broad range of companies from early stage and pre-IPO
through relatively mature corporations. He has developed a talent and
reputation for forming powerful strategic alliances and creating value
through business combinations. Mr. Savette joined Sequel Technology in
January 1998 as President and Chief Executive Offer. Since that time he
managed the company’s reengineering, refinancing and reemergence in the
market. Prior to joining Sequel, Mr. Savette served as Vice President Of
Partnership Sales & Marketing at Isogon Corporation, where he formed a
number of pivotal strategic alliances with Fortune 500 companies,
including Hitachi (worldwide), Anderson and IBM Corporation. From 1988
to 1993, Mr. Savette worked with large-scale enterprise customers,
selling integrated application solutions (software and services) for one
of the worlds top independent software vendors, Information Builders
Incorporated (IBI). [Note: On June 6, 2000, IMATEC Ltd. (OTC.BB: IMEC)
announced a definitive agreement to purchase the assets of Sequel
