Robert N. Goldman

ROBERT N. GOLDMAN joined Object Design as Chairman, President and CEO in
November 1995 with over 20 years of management experience in the
software industry. He began his career in 1973 at Cullinet Software, a
successful database software company, where Mr. Goldman was President
and Chief Operating Officer from 1981 to 1986. He joined AI Corp. in
1986 where he spent six years as the company’s President and CEO, and
oversaw its successful initial public offering in 1991. In 1992, AI
Corp. merged with AION to form Trinzic Corp., where Mr. Goldman served
as Chairman until August 1995. Mr. Goldman is a member of the Board of
Directors of several prominent, publicly held software companies
including Parametric Technology Corp., Intersolv Corp., SystemSoft Corp.
and Citrix Systems. He is also on the Board of Directors at several
private companies including NetCentric Corp. and Net.Genesis Corp. As
Chairman, President and CEO at Object Design, Mr. Goldman focuses his
efforts on setting strategic direction and working with customers and
partners to promote the use of Object Design products. He holds a B.S.
degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
