Robert Mocatta

ROBERT MOCATTA is a telecoms analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston

analyst on European motors and Switzerland at County NatWest, and a
strategic planner at Mercer management consultants. Mr. Mocatta was a
member of the team ranked first in 1997 and third in 1998 for
telecommunications services (U.K.) by Institutional Investor. He was on
the team that ranked first in the Extel Annual Survey of Investment
Analysts in 1996 and 1997 and fourth in 1998 for telecommunications
(U.K.), and third in 1998 for telecommunications services (European). In
1996 and 1997, the team ranked first, and in 1998, second, in the U.K.
Reuters survey.
