Robert M. Martin

ROBERT M. MARTIN has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer
and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New American Healthcare
since its formation in 1995. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Martin was Regional
Vice President of HealthTrust Central Region, which include nine
hospitals in two states. Mr. Martin holds a B.A. in Business
Administration from Drury College, Springfield, Missouri, and an M.B.A.
from Temple University Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
