Robert L. Hollier

ROBERT L. HOLLIER has served as President and CEO of OSCA, Inc., since
August 1979. Prior to founding the company, he served as Vice President
and COO of Gulf Coast Drilling Fluids, Inc., from 1970 to 1979. Mr.
Hollier received his BS, Accounting, in 1970 and served in the United
States Airborne from 1960 to 1963.
