Robert K. Mills

ROBERT K. MILLS is Chief Financial Officer of Knology, Inc. He joined
Knology in November of 1999. He was most recently Vice President of
Corporate Development for ITC Holdings a major shareholder of Knology,
where he focused on new business development and investment
opportunities. Prior to joining ITC, he was Vice President, Treasurer
and Strategic Planner for Powertel, Inc., a wireless personal
communication services (PCS) provider in the southeastern US. Mr. Mills
is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career at Arthur Andersen
& Co. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University and an MBA from
Tulane University.
