Robert J. Mulroy

ROBERT J. MULROY is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He has been with the company for
the past three years. During this time, he has led a complete
turnaround of the financial and operating status of Merrimack and
managed the acquisition and consolidation of the company’s
network biology discovery technologies. He worked previously as a
strategy consultant in the healthcare industry, specializing in
developing corporate strategies and growth plans for multi-
national companies. He has also worked extensively as an advisor
to startups and international development efforts in the
pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. He holds a BA from
Stanford University and a Master’s degree in Public and Private
Management from Yale University.
