Robert Hiss

ROBERT HISS, President & CEO is currently President & CEO of MarketSoft
Corporation, a prominent provider of Revenue Process Management
Solutions. Prior to joining MarketSoft, Bob spent 17 years with Andersen
Consulting. He led the Service Effectiveness practice in the Americas
and prior to that the Sales Effectiveness practice in the Northeast US.
Bob served as engagement partner for four Siebel Call Center/SFA
implementations and six ERP implementations at well-known Fortune 500
companies. During these engagements, Bob managed executive
relationships, performed systems planning, oversaw multi-million dollar
projects, and led business process reengineering initiatives for some of
the most advanced Customer Relationship Management in the world. Bob
has a BS in Industrial and Operational Engineering from the University
of Michigan
