Software, Inc.) from September 2000 to July 2001; General
Manager, Imaging Division of Infowave Software, Inc., from
January 2000 to August 2000; Director of Strategic Business
Development, BC OnLine of Macdonald Dettwiler & Associates, Inc.,
from July 1998 to December 1999; Vice President, Sales and
Marketing of the company from October 1997 to June 1998;
Executive Vice President of Cymbolic Sciences International,
Inc., from January 1993 to September 1997.
